New Beginnings and the Astrological Grand Cross

Hello, and welcome to the first post of Powered By Spirit blog. What an auspicious time to be launching this blog in the midst of the approaching Grand Cross between Pluto in Capricorn, Jupiter in Cancer, Mars in Libra, and Uranus in Aries all set to be exact at 13 degrees in cardinal signs on the 23rd of April. Holy moly!

So get out your charts and look to see what might be triggered for you personally.

I mostly practice psychic readings these days but love and study astrology and follow closely what is happening in the heavens globally. I still do readings in the areas I especially love and have an affinity for, such as transits and synastry.

The grand cross is also going to be topped and tailed by two eclipses so we all need to hold onto our hats and be ready for change!

So it is very fitting with the nature of the grand cross stirring up so much collective energy and intensity - and given that all of the signs involved are cardinal signs of initiation, and taking action, that we will find the energy and motivation to make lasting and profound changes. Mars is retrograde in the mix so the action may well be felt on an inner level and the frustration may be there that it can't be expressed or manifest soon enough. The areas in our lives that this grand cross is going to trigger are relationships- both our personal and community ones, our sense of justice about leadership and power, the desire and compulsion to make changes in freeing, revolutionary and drastic ways and in our home lives, the things that matter to us in our families and community.

I've been noticing the theme of wanting to make radical changes especially in the area of outdated dynamics in relationship coming up very frequently in my readings with clients. People aren't willing to accept the status quo anymore if it means they are not able to grow and feel free to express who they are. This inner theme is being reflected in global politics and international relations as well. Oppressive forces will be challenged and outmoded ways will be exposed and thrown out. People are literally taking to the streets. The best way to handle this period is to move with the changes and flow, if you can. As they say in the movies -"resistance is useless"!
